Really like this but I need support with cooking at higher altitude. I have because moved and now reside at 3,600 feet and it comes out flat! Assist!
That’s odd. I grew up creating this at substantial altitute (we lived at 7,000 ft) and it always worked fine. Try incorporating an extra spoonful of flour and be confident you’re baking it extended sufficient. Also, a metal pan would help.
Have you utilized any other flavor aside from vanilla
I haven’t. Please share if you do! Get pleasure from.
At times I depart the vanilla out and include bacon bits and cheese at the extremely finish. My daughter prefers this savory version most of the time, so i usually make two batches at a time to satisfy absolutely everyone.

I just created this recipe and really like it! I didn’t have enough milk – had significantly less than 3/four of a cup, and utilised water to make the rest of the cup. I also additional cinnamon. You can’t have an simpler breakfast if you experimented with! Fresh fruit and breakfast meat would take this to the up coming level. I added powdered sugar and pancake syrup. Oh…my butter burned in the pan. I poured it out and washed the pan, poured the batter in, and it didn’t stick, at all. Thanks for the recipe.
