Red cabbage slaw

  • 1/four cup fresh lime juice
  • one/four cup white wine vinegar
  • two tablespoons Asian fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • one three/four lbs red cabbage, cored and very thinly sliced
  • one cup finely chopped parsley
  • Salt

How to Make It

In a large bowl, whisk the lime juice with the vinegar, fish sauce and sugar. Include the cabbage, parsley and a generous pinch of salt and toss properly. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours. Season with salt and serve.
